Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software Inc., which is the merchant of record for all our orders. They provide the checkout, take your payment, handle sales tax/VAT, send your receipt and deliver your download links. Their buyer terms apply to the payment and the purchase transaction. These terms cover the products themselves, your license to use them, and our guarantee, which we stand behind whoever processes the payment.
We sell digital products: guides and printables in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what's included (for example page counts and bonuses). Bonus guides listed on a product page are included in that purchase and delivered with it.
Download links appear on the merchant of record's receipt page immediately after payment and are emailed to the address you entered. You can download again any time from their customer portal using the same email. If anything goes wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. Our merchant of record asks for and records that consent at checkout and confirms it with your receipt, under its buyer terms.
This does not affect our voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee, which applies to every customer wherever you live, or your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
Our guides are general education about dog care and reward-based training. They are not veterinary, medical or behavioral advice for your individual dog and don't replace your vet or a qualified trainer or behaviorist. Every dog is different, and we can't promise a particular result or timeframe. If your dog shows aggression, pain, sudden behavior change, or has eaten something harmful, contact a professional or your vet straight away. Recipes are occasional extras for healthy adult dogs alongside a complete, balanced diet.
We take care to make our products accurate and useful. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems are solved with one email. EU consumers may also contact the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC, anpc.ro) or an approved alternative dispute resolution body.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
